So..Uncle scrooge #1 (405) is out in comic shops today. I was lucky enough to score a few of these sketch covers. I chose Flintheart Glomgold because most people see him as a villain. I see him as a true Southern Californian. Always feeling second best, overcompensating with villainy and greed for his lack of self esteem. Damaged imperfect and beautiful. Flintheart Glomgold I salute you!

These days are pretty hectic, but I’ll be damned if it isn’t some of the coolest stuff I’ve worked on to date!
A few weeks ago some friends and I got together to get some stills of characters I am writing into the STKTD comic book. We also filmed a few things. Being as though editing sometimes takes just as long as the pre production we will be showing the filmed stuff soon.
It will be a series of shorts. Small side stories that append to the comic. They we be related, but both stand alone on their own. In short the film stuff will fit in the gutters of the comic (if that makes any sense).

So, April 3-5 I’ll be in Anaheim California. There is this little comic book convention called Wonder Con.
I’ll be showing off some progress featuring my current multimedia project called SHE That Kills The Dead.
I’ll be beside my buddy Andrew Maxwell. He will be promoting his new comic project Rum Row. It’s an alcoholic adventure I think you guys will enjoy.
I’ll have an exclusive mini poster to share colored by Ibrahim Aydin. It features the first two characters of STKTD issue one.
I’ll also have handy a photo album of the live action SHE That Kills The Dead images we’ve been shooting.
Lastly, I have a little under 40 original sketch covers I’ve been hording away to hustle. All proceeds go to production costs.
Thanks for reading. Hope to see you peoples there!
